Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your name, business or firm name, email address, phone number, website, practice area or industry, advertising budget range, and any message you send. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the details you enter there.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising tools collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and how you interact with the site. We also record campaign details carried in links, such as UTM parameters and the Google Ads click identifier (gclid), so we know which ad or email brought you to us.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare the plan or audit you asked for, and schedule and hold calls with you.
- To send you follow-up emails about our services. You can opt out at any time (see below).
- To understand how our site and marketing perform and to improve them.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the tags on our site, Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic, and Google Ads to measure and improve our ads. You can manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Service providers we share information with
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Brevo stores the contact details you submit and sends our emails. Brevo acts as our data processor.
- Calendly handles call scheduling. If you book a call, the details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
- Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads, as described above.
- Vercel hosts our website and processes the requests your browser sends to it.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Email marketing and opting out
If you submit a form, we may email you about your request and about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@ostmenmarketing.com and ask us to stop. We will still send messages you need about an active request or engagement.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ostmenmarketing.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
